We hereby formally notify all municipalities, government bodies, development institutions, and private entities across South Africa: Smart Villages™ SA is the originator and architect of the Smart Village integrated rural development model as applied to communal land communities in the Republic of South Africa.
The Smart Village™ model, methodology, framework, and implementation blueprint were conceived and developed by Smart Villages™ SA.
All design frameworks, community integration processes, financing structures, and implementation models are proprietary and legally protected.
Any replication, adaptation, or deployment of this model without formal authorisation constitutes infringement and will be acted upon accordingly.
